At the bus stop

I heard a tree complain today
The seesaw cutting at the roots
The worker bending low
His face expressionless

I saw a girl wiping tears
Off the edge of her eyes
Waiting for the bus
But not getting on it

Invisible feelings
Silent emotions
Yet here there are
For everyone to see.
